Delivery is the responsibility of third party networks and services, including
the receiving device itself, and cannot be guaranteed. ApnaSMS.com
will not be responsible for:

caused by the internet or other carrier's networks
2. the privacy of information
associated with sent messages
3. the contents, destination or quantity of
sent messages
4. service interruptions and/or failures due to causes beyond

any software or scripting that prevents this is strictly forbidden, and is classed
as "automated sending". You
agree not to send abusive or defamatory messages through this service. Spam/unsolicited
messages and bulk advertising through this service is not permitted. Each message
must be unique in content and purposeful, and may contain up to the permitted
amount of characters. Users sending messages that do not comply with these terms
will be invoiced at a rate of Rs. 5 for each offending message, plus administration
costs and all legal and other fees incurred by ApnaSMS.com as a result, payable
immediately. By
using this service you agree to be bound by the Terms and Condition. ApnaSMS.com
may change these terms and conditions at any time, and shall become effective
immediately upon posting to this page.
