Prophet never proceeded (4 the prayer)
on the Day of Id-ul-Fitr
unless he had eaten some dates.
Anas also narrated:
The Prophet used 2 eat odd number of dates
Prophet never proceeded
Whoever stood for the prayers
Prophet said:
“Whoever stood for the prayers in the night of Qadr out of sincere faith and
hoping for a reward from Allah, then all his previous sins will be forgiven”
Pay zakat-ul-fitr – Before Eid Prayer
The Prophet ordered
the people to pay
Zakat-ul-Fitr
before going to
the Eid prayer.
It’s the month when the devils are chained
It’s the month when the devils are chained,
the gates of hell are closed and those of paradise are opened.
It’s the month the holy prophet used to pray to witness.
It’s the blessed month of ramadhan.
May Allah shower his blessings and
grant you forgiveness in this holy month.
